This cozy corner apartment is strategically located at the main entrance of the stunning Obidos Lagoon and the pristine Praia da Foz do Arelho. The center of the village, beach restaurants and coastal bars are also within walking distance and offer everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Foz.

The apartment is situated on the top corner of a beautiful modern development, featuring a contemporary design and quality finishes. It is positioned quietly on the opposite side of the pool, stairs and elevators. On it’s wraparound terrace you will enjoy the ever-changing views of the lagoon and the coastal landscape. Outside pool with private sun loungers, elevator and allocated parking space in the building are included.
The airy living area and 3 spacious bedrooms with balconies, can easily accommodate up to 6 persons The primary bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and share a spacious bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

This unit offers an “Open Plan” bright social area with a living room and dining space that open directly to a fully equipped kitchen. The wraparound terrace, sunny from sunrise to sunset, offers chill outdoor lounge chairs to enjoy the stunning view of the Obidos Lagoon.
